HOW TO STAY SPIRITUALLY CONNECTED

Whether we follow a traditional religion or have a Universal spiritually, we each need to tap into our own personal sense of self in order to be spiritually connected.

Look for opportunities within your realm to project love out into the world.  Be kind to yourself and others and show compassion and empathy towards those around you and beyond.  The vibration and energy of being loving towards yourself and others ripples out into the world.

Acknowledge your Source or Creator, the Universal Energy.  Know that there is a higher force at play in your life.

Set aside some personal ‘soul time’ for yourself on a daily basis.  Dedicate a special personal chair or space to be used exclusively for time for reflection, contemplation and prayer.  This may even by a window seat or be out in a garden setting  -  whatever is most comfortable with you.  Take this time to meditate, read uplifting and/or spiritual texts, do yoga ... whatever resonates with your soul at the time.

Express gratitude daily. Be grateful for what you have in your life – your family, friends, loved ones and beyond.  Let your loved ones know they are appreciated and honoured.  Be thankful for the little things as well as the large and you will find more things to be grateful for every day.  The Universe responds to the vibrations we emit and brings us more of what we put out for.

Become more accepting of yourself and others and put judgements aside.  Let go of the urge to label things as ‘good’ or ‘bad’ and just accept ‘what is’.

Acknowledge, recognize and learn from your mistakes.  We are all confronted with obstacles and life lessons throughout our lives, and the most important factor is how we deal with them and what we learn from them.  Admit when you are wrong and be willing to take responsibility for your actions.  Take the positives from the situation, learn the lesson and move on.

Be the best you can be  -  everyday.  We are all blessed with unique talents, skills, personalities and purposes.  Strive to express the best of yourself in all that you do and with every person you come into contact with.

See the good in yourself and others.  When you look for good in others, your willingness subconsciously brings this trait/energy forward.

Be forgiving.  Whenever you withhold forgiveness you keep yourself bound and tied to your own negative feelings.  You do not need to condone the behaviour or action that was ‘unforgiveable’  -  but to forgive others is to forgive yourself ... the ultimate form of healing.

Pray and bless the world.  Pray that your own life be blessed along with those of all you know and love.  Bless the whole world - all creatures and beings on the planet and within the entire Universe.

Use these simple steps and exercises to keep yourself connected to ‘Self’ and Source.

RELEASING SOULS TO THE LIGHT - Shifting Ghosts and Earthbound Spirits

We are able to help move on or shift ghosts and spirits who are earthbound by directing them towards the ‘light’.  This is a beneficial thing to do for yourself, the environment and most importantly for the soul who is having difficulties leaving the Earthplane.

When you hear of someone who has died, send light and love to their soul.  This energy will help them leave the Earthplane peacefully.

Although each and every situation may vary, there are certain basic steps to follow that generally work.  You are able to modify this to suit yourself given the circumstances.

Sending souls love and healing helps them to pass over with ease. Helping souls to move towards the light can be done away from the location or at the location.  Often being away from the location is less challenging, yet just as effective.

*  Protect yourself by visualizing yourself surrounded by a violet flame or vibrant white light.

*  Call upon your spirit guides and angels to be with you and present for the duration.

*  Breathe deeply and open yourself with the intention of sensing the spirits in your chosen location.

*  Use your pendulum to ask questions such as:
-  are there any spirits present?
-  If so, how many?  (you can also ask such questions as their sex and age etc)
-  Ask them if they want or need help.

*  Tell them that you wish them no harm and are there to help them.

*  Tell them that they have died and that it is time for them to move on.

*  Connect with the spirits and one by one ask them to walk towards the light.  You may also wish to ask for some extra assistance from your angels at this time.

*  Tell them that they are going back to somewhere beautiful where they will be welcomed by their loved ones.

*  Reassure them that there is nothing to fear.

*  Ask the spirit to look up towards the light.  This light signifies the higher realms of the astral planes.

*   Send love and healing to the soul as it leaves.
*   Trust the process.

If a ghost or spirit refuses, call upon Archangel Michael to assist you.

If you believe that you have a ghost or lost soul in your home or workplace, and you’ve tried all means and methods to help the soul move on, your only option may be to learn to live with it.  Most often all you need do is ask the spirit or ghost to leave you alone in return of a promise on your behalf to let it stay.  You may find that you are able to live in total harmony with a spirit as long as you respect it.

This may not always be the case though, so if you are experiencing severe disturbances and are unable to shift the spirit to the light by yourself, seek the help, advice and/or services of a professional or experienced medium.

BIRTH STONES - Stones and Crystals of the Months

Birth Stones and Crystals are not only associated with Astrology but with the Numerological co-relation of the 12 months of the year.

Very often the stone of the Zodiac is different than that of the Month.  The stones of the Zodiac are based upon Astrology, whereas the Birth Month stones are based upon ancient Numerological traditions.  The choice of a Zodiac stone sometimes conflicts with the Birth Month stone, and some of the stones also cross over to Astrology.

The origin and theory of the twelve monthly birth stones are believed to have originated in the Bible as they are found on the breastplates of Aaron.

JANUARY
The crystal for January is the red Garnet.  The red Garnet is named as the Birth Stone representing January in Polish, Arabic, Hebrew, Roman and Russian traditions.
In ancient Hindu tradition, the stone for January is known as the ‘serpent stone’.  This was said to be either a Ruby or black stone.

FEBRUARY
The symbolic stone of February is the Amethyst.
In ancient Hindu tradition, the stone for February was the ‘chandrakankta’ which is a stone that no one today has ever seen.

MARCH
The Aquamarine is the crystal for the month of March in many traditions and cultures. However, Roman, Arabic, Polish, Hebrew and Russian traditions name the stone for March as the Bloodstone.

In ancient Hindu tradition the stone for March was called ‘gold-sivalinga’, which is not a stone seen today.

APRIL
The Diamond is the birth stone for the month of April.
In Persian and Russian tradition the stone symbolizing April is the Sapphire.

MAY
The stone symbolizing the month of May is Emerald according the modern North American tradition.
Ancient Hindu tradition also sees the Emerald as the stone for May, whilst Hebrew and Roman traditions name Agate as the stone for May.

JUNE
Many stones represent and symbolize the month of June, including the Moonstone, Pearl and Alexandrite.
Ancient Hebrew traditions claim the Pearl to be the birth stone for June, whilst in ancient Roman and Hebrew traditions the Emerald was named.  Agate is said to rule the month of June in Polish Russian and Arabic cultures.

JULY
The stone representing the month of July, according to modern North American, Polish and Russian cultures, is the Ruby.
Roman and Hebrew traditions name the Onyx as the stone for July, whereas in Arabic culture the Carnelian is attributed to July.  In Hindu tradition the stone for July is the Sapphire.

AUGUST
The month of August has many different stones associated with it.  Modern North American tradition sees the Peridot as the stone for August.
Roman and Hebrew traditions attribute the Carnelian to the month of August, and Polish and Arabic traditions name the Sardonyx as the stone representing August.  In Hindu tradition the Ruby is the stone associated with August, whilst Russian tradition assigns it to the Alexandrite.

SEPTEMBER
September is said to be ruled by the Sapphire in modern North American traditions.
In Roman, Hebrew, Polish, Russian and Arabic traditions the Peridot is stated as the stone for September. In Hindu traditions the stone representing September is the Zircon.

OCTOBER
The month of October is usually represented by the Opal and Tourmaline.
However Hebrew, Arabic, Polish and Roman traditions state that Aquamarine is the symbolic stone.  In Russian tradition the stone attributed to October is Beryl.  Ancient Hindu traditions name Coral as the stone representing the month of October.

NOVEMBER
The month of November sees Yellow Topaz and Citrine as its stones in modern North American culture.
The Roman, Hebrew, Arabic and Russian traditions attribute Topaz to November, and in Hindu traditions November is symbolized by the Cat’s Eye.

DECEMBER
The month of December has various stones attributed to it.  Modern North American tradition assigns a choice of the blue stones Tanzanite, Turquoise and Blue Topaz.
Russian and Polish tradition state that the stone for December is Turquoise. The Roman, Arabic and Hebrew traditions name the Ruby as the stone for December. In Hindu tradition, Topaz is the stone symbolizing the month of December.

CHINESE ASTROLOGY - The Basic Concepts

Chinese Astrology is concerned with the person as a whole, rather than the West's Astrological system, which deals with mapping possible events of the future.

Some of the earliest recorded documents co-relate to natural events such as floods and droughts.  A flood may occur during an eclipse of the Moon  -  a drought may hit when one or other can be seen in a certain position in the sky.  As more and more events were recorded over the centuries, a vast body of knowledge about the cyclical nature of the Universe was perceived.

Between 1500 and 1100 BC, the sages and philosophers of the time decreed that in a 'perfect world', the known Universe was influenced by recognisable cycles, then by extension, so too was the nature of man.  In their view, everyone would/should live for sixty years, which were divided into the five Transformative Process or Elements:  Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water  -  resulting in twelve earthly 'branches', which would then evolve into twelve years each of which was assigned an animal.  Each animal sign was then divided into lunar months, each of which in turn was ascribed specific attributes.  The twelve year cycle of animals repeats itself continually.

The Chinese system of the Zodiac orbits within its own system of symbols.  The Chinese system connects with astronomical observations at a few key points:  the phases of the Moon and the solar solstices and equinoxes.

This system of symbols is the twelve emblematic animals that correspond to the Twelve Earthly Branches.

The combination of an animal and an Element gives the character of a year and of all the people born in that year, while the birth-hour animal makes the characterization more subtle. (The hour of birth provides another animal that is your 'secret partner' or hidden influence that assists you.)

The primary and most popular use of the animals is to determine compatibility in emotional relationships.

 The Elements and their Influences

METAL

People born with the energies of Metal, tend to be rigid and stubborn and do not give in easily.

Metal people insist on honesty and expect a great deal from their prospective partners.  They are most often known for their remarkable strength, but used negatively they tend to dominate all proceedings.

WATER

Water is an element of compassion and love.  Water people tend to be very creative.  Water makes lovers yielding and easily influenced by their partners.

WOOD

Wood is an element of consideration and kindness.  It encourages generosity, warmth and co-operation.  Wood people strive to view everything from all angles.

FIRE

Fire is a dynamic element that encourages a sense of honour.  On the downside, Fire can have an inflexible and selfish temperament.

EARTH

Earth is the element of hard work.  They strive to make others see their points of view.  They are particularly patient, but can have a tendency to be stubborn.

Communicating with Animals - Intuitively Communicating with Your Pet - The Psychic Awareness of Animals

Communicating Intuitively with Your Pet

The Psychic Awareness of Animals

Ancient cultural and tribal wisdom from all around the world looked to the secret language of Mother Nature for guidance, advice and knowledge.  In particular, the activities and behaviours of the animals were of interest. Animals were looked upon for nourishment, healing, their direction and their law.

The ancient teachings of the early Australian Aboriginals, African peoples and Native Americans, are still recognized today and practiced on a daily basis by many of their people. The skills they used are easy to learn and interpret, with practice and patience, by those who look to the old ways for answers on all levels  -  physical, emotional and spiritual.

Animals leave signs that indicate their presence while also leaving a constant trail of messages intended for those who seek them out as teachers and counsellors. Animals, both domestic and wild, play an intricate part in our lives, giving unconditional love, assistance, companionship and devotion.
Animals have been known to warn and protect humans from all kinds of disasters, both natural and health-wise.

Our remarkable bond with our animals inspires us to give love and care, with the reward of many hours of joy and healing in return. All of the world’s animals  -  large, small and in between, deserve our love, respect and honour.

People who are animal lovers are usually receptive to their own instincts and intuition and are invariably kind and trustworthy in nature.  Because of this they form strong links and bonds with their pets that go beyond ordinary levels of communication. This same intuitive awareness also enables us to communicate with wild birds and wild life in general in gardens, forests, bushland and sanctuaries such as zoos.

For thousands of years, pets have given unconditional love, trust and protection to their owners. A significant number of pet owners can recall at least one instance when their animal or bird has apparently read their thoughts or alerted them to an unreliable stranger or potential hazard to which they had been previously unaware.

This  deep unconscious link is based on the enhanced instincts possess by animals, combined with the deep love felt by pet owners that enables them to understand and communicate with their pets and other creatures in ways not measurable or accountable by current scientific knowledge.  This ability can allow us to strengthen the channels of communication and to come to understand our pets as ‘spiritual beings’ with much to teach us  -  providing we listen and acknowledge it.

Telepathic and psychic powers and abilities in humans have been widely observed and studied between mothers and children of all ages and is often described as ‘maternal instinct’.  For animals, the two-way connection means that we can learn to send messages to our pets to reassure them if we are to be late, unexpectedly away from home, or in times of stress or fear.  Though these ‘links’ are often spontaneous, you can use telepathy or directed thoughts to reassure and calm your pet.

As you develop the link you will find that you can easily access the innate power of telepathy with animals whom you share a deep bond of affection. This telepathic link works in two ways so that an animal can save the life of an owner by intuitively hearing or sensing the silent cries for help that the owner may not be able to make out loud or may be too far away to be audible.  In times of distress animals can show amazing initiative.  Some of these instances, described as ‘animal instinct’, make front-page news.

There is no doubt that ‘telepathy’ – unspoken communication between pets and humans – comes from the deep bond of love and loyalty between pet and owner.  Some of the day to day incidents in the lives of animals and humans are quite remarkable and yet pass unnoticed because they are so commonplace.

Some pet owners believe that if we talk to our animals they will reply telepathically and our minds can interpret their feelings as words.  A number of successful pet and animal healers around the world have used this method to diagnose what is wrong with an animal and find it especially useful for diagnosing stress-related illnesses in particular.

Psychically-open humans and pets are able to connect quite easily.  If you want to get into the mind of your animal, whether to share a deep level of communication or to understand a health problem that is eluding conventional diagnosis and treatment, one effective method is by momentarily moving your mind into the aura of the animal.

The secret of horse and dog ‘whisperers’ is that they speak continuously in a soft, mesmeric tone that puts the animal and themselves into a light trance state so that the barriers between the energy fields meld.

The conscious mind has strong analytical powers, but these are only the tip of the iceberg. Those powers that we often call psychic are not usually amendable to formal testing because they are spontaneous and cannot be repeated in a laboratory.  What seems certain however, is that what we call enduring emotions, such as love and loyalty, do act as the channel for this ability.

Intuitively Choosing a Pet

Sometimes the reasons for choosing a particular animal are obvious, whilst at other times it is only weeks or months later that we may realize that we could have picked no other creature to be our companion.

One common sign that a particular animal is intended to live with us is when a young animal shares their birthday of a former pet or was born on the day or the anniversary when a beloved animal companion died.  Some owners feel instinctively that the new pet has been guided to them – not as a replacement for the lost animal as each animal is unique – but as consolation and as a way of overcoming grief.

Modern science is becoming increasingly aware that everything is made up of connected particles of constantly moving energy. Some researchers believe that humans and animals emit particular frequencies of energies. These energy fields are more compatible with some people and animals than with others.  This would explain how particular animals seem to tune in to us emotionally, and how animals and humans are drawn together by what seems to be pure coincidence, but is actually a kind of intuitive radar.

There certainly seems to be an intangible chemistry between humans and animals that brings together particular pets and their owners, sometimes in the most unlikely ways.

The Use of Pendulums in Finding a New Pet

Pendulums are one of the few psychic methods trusted by science and industry and have had spectacular success in finding water and oil for many years.  Latterly, they have been used in war situations for locating enemy submarines and landmines, sometimes using only a map.

A pendulum is simply a weight on a chain.  It can be made from crystal, metal or wood, or can even be a favourite pendant.  It is useful for all forms of decision making.

A pendulum operates by psychokinesis:  your hand is guided by your unconscious mind to move the pendulum towards the correct choice from a selection of possibilities.

We rarely recognize or trust the ‘automatic radar’ that operates in our subconscious mind – but when we use a pendulum, it gives us an external and tangible expression of our ‘automatic radar’.

Deep within our intuition we have all kinds of buried, useful information, and pets are remarkably efficient at loosening our intuitive inhibitions.  A pendulum held over a written list of possible locations will reflect our hidden psychic awareness of where we will find your new pet.  The pendulum responds by a tugging, downward movement or a sudden heaviness over one choice on the list.

Dreaming About Animals

Sometimes we may receive a signal that a particular animal is intended for us through a dream.  It is the ‘automatic radar’ in our subconscious mind, alerting us that a specific kind of animal or even one individual creature is right for us, even if our conscious choice would be different.

Pet owners tend to be especially alert to this form of guidance because they are sensitive to their own intuitive processes, and therefore, are tuned in to the needs of animals  -  even those they may not have met yet.

Sometimes our conscious minds can create all kinds of practical obstacles, but the subconscious mind will guide us effortlessly to make the right decisions – if allowed to do so.

Visualization

You may wish to establish in advance, a psychic and emotional connection between yourself and your future pet so that mutual recognition is instantaneous.  If this is the case you could try visualization – an effective psychological method of focusing on what you want and desire.

The power of the mind is far greater than we realize and we can make a telepathic connection with an animal that is on our emotional wavelength through visualization.  We can create a space in our mind in which we can visualize or imagine our future pet.  This works because animals that are seeking owners are so open that they transmit intuitive vibes of love into the cosmos and our own ‘radar’ picks these up unconsciously.

Even if you find it hard to accept the idea of innate psychic powers, by allowing your mind to form the picture of the pet you can open your conscious mind to alternatives that might actually suit you better than the choice made by your conscious mind.  If you find an entirely different creature appearing in your visualization (or daydreams) it may be a way of alerting you to an affinity you have with a particular animal that you had not recognized.

Some people believe that you can draw the right animal closer to you through an innate psychic power call ‘psychokinesis’ – the same power that lies behind pendulum work.  This is the ability of the mind to draw compatible people or animals and circumstances towards you.

Choosing the Right Name

It is often difficult to choose a name in advance as animal personalities differ just as humans do.  Anything can prompt a name once your animal has arrived, such as a colour or personality trait.  Often you or a family member may speak an unplanned name when you first see an animal and in that split-second you will know it could not have been anything else.  The name just suits the animal perfectly.

Telepathic bonds that can call your Pet home

Wild creatures have an amazing homing instinct;  for example, it is well-known that salmon and trout are able to find their way hundreds or even thousands of miles to their original spawning place, and there are countless stories of wartime carrier pigeons taking messages back to base through enemy fire, even when injured.

With a pet the telepathic bond is tuned in to its owner and it operates over great distances regardless of whether or not the pet has been to the place where the owner is.

Animals have Foresight

Animals sometimes seem to be aware of events before they happen.  This may be because (unlike humans) their minds are not limited to linear time, or it may be because they are so sensitive that they are able to pick up early warning signals of danger on their ‘automatic radar’ before our human radar can tune in.  An animal’s sight, sense and hearing are certainly more acute than a human’s but this does not fully explain how a pet can anticipate danger to the owner, sometimes hours or even days before it occurs.

Like humans who have premonitions that often involve a close relative or friend, pets often change established behaviour patterns for no apparent reason, and have saved their owner’s life as a result.

The unprompted howling of dogs without reason is almost worldwide and has been considered a warning to humans throughout the ages.  Animals spontaneously leaving an area en masse has often been a foreboding warning to humans, such as in times of earthquakes, volcanic activity and tsunamis, for example. It has often been documented that not only pets, but wild animals such as monkeys, birds and elephants, instinctively leave an area prior to a natural disaster taking place. These animal warnings can occur up to a week or more before an earthquake, though they are most dramatic during the 24 hours before disaster strikes.  Animals and birds are so in tune with the earth that they can alert us to all kinds of changes, from adverse weather conditions to volcanic eruptions and tidal waves.

Everyday Warnings from Pets

Most warnings from animals and birds are not of the life and death kind, but they can alert us to dangers we would prefer to avoid.

For example:

-     If you are buying a new dwelling of any kind, and there are no birds flying around outside, be aware that there is something ‘wrong’ with the place.
-    If possible, introduce briefly to a new home before making the final decision.  If the animal refuses to enter the house or go into certain rooms, find out as much history as you can about the house and property prior to purchase.  When animals are uncomfortable with the energies, there is a good reason.
-    If a normally friendly pet takes an instant dislike to a stranger or new acquaintance, be wary not to leave the person alone in your home, or for that matter, be alone with them yourself.  It is a clear indication that all is not well.

Animal’s Predictive Powers in Relation to Health

The protective feelings animals have for their owners seem to enable them to predict impending danger to their owner/s.  Animals can also alert owners with chronic health problems to an onset of an attack. It is becoming increasingly evident, as more and more cases are being documented, where people who suffer from epileptic or asthmatic seizures and the like are being pre-warned by their pets prior to an attack or seizure.  A close bond with the owner as well as the sensitivity of the individual animal are major factors.

Guide dogs are such an example in caring for their blind owners and are devoted to their wellbeing.

SPIRIT GUIDES - Who and What Are They?

Every one of us has a Spirit Guide - someone we were very close to and trusted with our soul on the Other Side.  Our Spirit Guides, who agreed to be our constant, vigilant companion and helpmate when we made the choice to experience another lifetime on Earth, are the best friends we have ever had. Spirit Guides and all other transcended spirits are either male or female.

All Spirit Guides have spent at least one lifetime on Earth.  Because of this, they are able to empathize with the mistakes, problems, fears, temptations and all the frailties we encounter in the human world.

Because your relationship with your Spirit Guide was formed between your spirit and theirs on the Other Side before you were born, it is impossible for them to be someone you’ve known in this lifetime.

The spirits are all around us, everywhere. Though these companions cannot be seen, they can be felt. Sometimes it's that voice in your head telling you not to do something, or telling you to do something. It might be a dream you have giving you a message about things you should do.  Spirit Guides send you ‘messages’, often through your subconscious mind and dreams.  What you have always accepted as instincts or your conscience or unusually vivid dreams are your Spirit Guides sending you messages.

In addition to mapping out our blueprints before coming here, we make sacred contracts with entities on ‘The Other Side’ to watch over us, protect us, help and advise us, through this earthly journey we have chosen to undertake. The most intimate of these advisors helps us to conceive and review our blueprint with us  -  and is at our side every step of the way  -  this is our ‘Spirit Guide’.

The Spirit Guide’s job is to urge, encourage, nudge, support, advise and ‘guide’ us on our lives’ path, to aid, assist, help, protect and guide you with your spiritual development, and to serve as a source of inspiration and insight. Spirit guides can be helpful as you face difficult challenges and obstacles in your life, no matter what they may be. Let go of any fears or concerns of lack or loss or anything negative, and have faith that your needs are being met and you are well loved and protected in all ways.

KARMA - What Is It And How Does It Work?

The theory to karma is that every soul is on a journey.  Whilst on our journey we are accountable for our thoughts, words and actions, for they ALL have consequences.  There are consequences for everything we do, and don’t do.

Consequences are karma.  Karma runs from lifetime to lifetime – so if you die with unresolved issues with people, or you’ve done more negative things than positive, your soul wants to come back and try to make amends.

Karma works in lots of different ways.  If you’ve been unkind to someone, you will choose to meet them again in a later lifetime, to have the opportunity to be kind.

Different religions have slightly different beliefs – but basically all believe that there is a spiritual working out for everything over life times. Early Christians believed in reincarnation, and therefore, in karma.  There is a body of evidence that Emperor Justinian wrote reincarnation out of the Bible at Constantinople in Ad553.  Later it was declared heresy.  The Church wanted their priests to have the power to tell people what to believe.  When they deleted reincarnation from the Bible they stopped people from understanding that there is a spiritual working out to everything, so they took away people’s incentive to aim for noble, honourable and good.  The half-truths they preached did not resonate with people and this in turn caused unrest.  That is what prompted them to start to preach hell-fire and damnation, to keep their ‘flocks’ doing as they were told.

If you believe in reincarnation, you are in charge of your own destiny.  You want to connect with your own soul to understand the purpose of your journey in life.  You must then listen to your own voice of conscience (or Higher Self) to decide what is right for you.

‘Bad luck’ is negative karma, and ‘good luck’ is the return of karmic credit.

We often have karma to resolve with members of our family and this is one reason why our soul chooses them to play a role in this incarnation.  They represent the lessons we are trying to learn.  Our parents offer us the perfect opportunity we need to direct us towards what we came to the earth plane to accomplish.  That is why one of our life lessons (or tasks) is to embrace the positive qualities of both of our parents and overcome their negative ones.

It is the soul that chooses – not the personality.

Your spirit enters a physical body to learn lessons about emotions, relationships, sexuality, money and many other things.  Your lessons are orchestrated by the Universe and presented to you in the form of people and situations which come into your life.  Testing times are like exams … you have to get through them to progress.

All is energy.  A human is a dense vibration, a tree even denser.  A thought is a slight vibration unless it carries a big emotional connection.  All is floating in a sea of energy; all interacting.  In this cosmic soup of interconnecting energy, everything is evolving in its own way.

Every vibration that a human sends out causes a reaction in the cosmic soup and affects everything else.  Ultimately, every vibration a human chooses to transmit comes back to him or her.  Thus, a human can measure their progress by what is happening in their life.

If a human is very negative, he will sink into the thick dregs of the cosmic soup.  When he does evil actions, bad vibrations emit into the soup, and it may take many, many returns to come back to him through the heavy frequency of his (or her) personal world.

When a human being is very materially minded or negative, the vibrations which emanate from him come back to him in equal measure. When he becomes more spiritual and sends out a higher frequency, they return to him three-fold.  When he becomes totally spiritual, they return ten-fold.

Humans have free choice and free will, so we have special opportunities to evolve or de-volve as the case may be.  Free will offers responsibility about the use of thoughts and emotions.  Because humans have free will on earth, people can move towards light or dark, and take others with them. Humans differ in this from the rest of creation, and this gives them great opportunity for evolution.

We are all spiritual beings experiencing human life-times and all that goes along with them.  It is up to us as spiritual beings to work with and correct our own karma in order to evolve.

In Sanskrit, the word 'karma' means 'deeds' or 'actions'. It comes from the root 'kri' which means 'to do'.

Present Karma  (Agami)
Agami takes place in the present and consists of everything you do today that creates cause and effect tomorrow (in the future). Everyday you are creating karma with every thought, intention and deed. With every thought, word and action you are making a choice as to whether you create positive or negative karma in your life. Be aware of how important your thoughts and behaviour are to the quality of your own life.

Past Karma  (Prarabdha)
Accumulated Karma  (Sanchita)

'Reincarnation' comes from the Latin work 'caro', which means 'to be in the flesh', and 're', which means 'again'. Reincarnation is 'to be in the flesh again'.
