Creating Our Own Realities

Our personal truths are our beliefs  -  and our beliefs are what we use to make our choices and decisions.  This in turn plays a large part in creating our own reality.

Our truth is our belief and if that belief is that we are not deserving of any ‘good’, that we are worthless, stupid, not good enough etcetera, then that is our truth.  It is what we believe about ourselves.

Our truths and beliefs are held deep in our subconscious and affect us on a soul level. They are often not truths and beliefs that we consciously think about or recognize within ourselves;  although we often see and judge them in others.

The attributes and behaviours of others that irk and irritate us are often our own truths, and a reflection of what we ourselves are denying. We recognise the traits we ourselves possess on a subconscious level, and this irritates us. It is our response to our recognition of the behaviour or belief that we ourselves hold within us.

When we recognise what irritates us in others, we can begin to recognise our own negative beliefs and subconscious fears that come into play when creating our own reality.  What we recognise as someone else’s vulnerability is a reflection of our own subconscious vulnerability.

Changing our beliefs changes our personal truths, and this in turn changes our lives.

As humans, we often make up many reasons why we cannot, will not and should not change our beliefs and truths.  This is akin to being stuck with self-destructive negative truths that we believe about ourselves.

Our truths and beliefs can sabotage our well-being on every level.

When we choose to change the belief (our truth) that is causing disharmony (be it emotional, physical or mental) then our entire outlook changes along with it, newly creating our own reality to suit the positive changes.

Once we reach self-awareness and truly understand ourselves, we are able to change our self-beliefs and internal truths.

It can be as simple as deciding that we no longer want to be un-well (in any way). Once we make that decision, our truths can be changed and we are then able to manifest and create our own well-ness, in effect, creating our own reality.

Many invalid negative beliefs anchor themselves in our subconscious minds after a traumatic experience and/or reinforcement by others. By doing some inner-work and acknowledging our truths and believes, we are able to change our reality.

By changing the belief and taking control of our inner-truths we are able to heal ourselves and our lives and create well-ness on all levels. When we make the connection between what we feel, what we think, what we believe within ourselves and what we are manifesting into our lives, we fully participate in creating our own reality.

Loving ourself is the most important thing that we can do, and most often it is something that we forget.

Creating our own reality is empowering;  but we need to ensure that the reality we create for ourselves is a positive one.

Being Empathic

There are many names for being ‘empathic’ or being an ‘empath’, but the most common name for this ability or skill is ‘clairsentient’  -  the ability to ‘sense clearly’.

Having ‘clairsentient’ or ‘empathic’ or ‘empath’ skills can be confusing and at times even confronting as you may feel overwhelmed by emotions that you KNOW are not your own.

When you possess an ability such as ‘clairsentience’ you may often possess others such as ‘clairvoyance’ (the ability to ‘see clearly’), ‘clairaudience’ (the ability to ‘hear clearly’), ‘claircogniance’ (‘clear thinking’, learning and knowing)  and others such as premonitionary skills, animal communication skills and/or you may have an extremely strong intuition and maybe even the ability to see, hear, connect and communicate with Spirit (eg ghosts, angels, spirit guides and passed over people on the ‘Other Side’)

Being empathic and other spiritual abilities are gifts to be cherished and used for the highest good of all.  It gives one the ability to ‘feel’ and understand life (and others) at a deeper level, as well as expand our own awareness and perceptions.

There are different kinds of empathic people, or empaths.  Some pick up on physical elements and feel physical aches, pains, symptoms and ailments.  Others feel other’s emotional pain and upheaval, as well as others’ joy and happiness.  An empath is able to feel the emotions or physical state of another person as if it was their own.

Empaths feel the need to help others just as strongly as the need to breathe and stay alive.  Many can sense atmospheric changes and disturbances, others can ‘feel’ animals, and yet others can feel electromagnet waves and energies.

Empaths (and highly sensitive people) must shield themselves from negative vibrations from others and the environment around them (eg shopping centres and crowds).

Empaths must also ground themselves in order to re-balance themselves.  This can be easily done by being in contact with nature, by utilizing crystals, and with the use of salt lamps and essential oils.

Being empathic also requires the ability to balance energies. The Chakras must remain clear, clean and free-flowing in order to function at their optimum. This can be done during meditation and spiritual healing as well as via other techniques.

Being empathic makes you a kind of beacon for those who are unable (or unwilling) to create their own energy, and instead, steal it from others. Empaths are most susceptible to this form of ‘attack’ as they are highly sensitive, spiritual beings. Some people are unaware that they drain the energy of others, whilst others are very aware and do it with purpose and for their own gain. People who drain others’ energies are those who constantly live with ongoing distressing moments and events and those who use fear, manipulation and a need for sympathy in order to attract attention and energy. They are generally very needy people with ongoing dramas who always lay the blame at someone else’s feet. They are the ‘drama queens’ of the world who always ‘need’ your help.

It is up to each individual empath to cut off communication with that person (or people) and restrict their personal energy, and seek protection.  Ask your angels or Higher Self (or Source) to cut the connection with that person (or people) and ask for healing, balance and strength. Learn to recognise the signs early and steer clear of them!

Part of our jobs as empaths (or being empathic) is to raise the energy and vibrational rate of our surrounding and others. This can be achieved through prayer, sending out healing, love and light, and by helping others and our planet.

The Violet Flame

In essence, the prayers and practices handed down through the world’s religions are sacred formulas that call for the ‘light’.  In some spiritual traditions this ‘light’ is seen as a violet light, known as the ‘Violet Flame’.

The Violet Flame is the light that serves all beings on the highest level. It works at energetic levels to clear personal and group karma and increases the balance and flow of energy throughout our world. The Violet Flame is an invisible spiritual energy that appears violet to those who are able to see auras;  generally those who have developed their spiritual vision.

When we learn how to use the Violet Flame we are able to use its Divine power in all areas of our lives and to connect ourselves with Universal Energy or Source to heal others, our environment and our world. The Violet Flame helps to bring us peace, balance and harmony and can help us to accelerate our spiritual development.

Just as a ray of sunlight passing through a prism is refracted into the seven colours of the rainbow, so spiritual light manifests as seven rays or flames. When we call forth these spiritual flames in our prayers and meditations, each flame creates a specific action in our body, mind and soul. The Violet Flame is the colour and frequency of spiritual light that stimulates mercy, forgiveness and transmutation.  (To transmute is to ‘alter’ in form, nature or appearance, particularly in regards to changing something into a higher form)

The Violet Light can invigorate and revitalize us, can heal emotional and physical problems, improve our relationships and our lives in general, and can affect us positively on the mind, body and soul levels. When we learn how to use the Violet Flame we can apply it to our everyday spirituality by using prayers, mantras and decrees. Calling upon and using the Violet Flame in prayers, meditations and mantras helps to resolve patterns of consciousness, dispels inner-pain and brings balance into our lives. The Violet Flame lets us transmute the negatives and capitalize on the positives.

The Violet Flame it gives us a way to transmute negative energies and clear karmic causes of disharmony. Negative energy can manifest in many ways such as accidents, dis-ease, illness, depression, ingrained habits and the inability to get along with others.

The Violet Flame creates an awareness and an attunement with the inner-self that makes for inspiration and creativity, and instils a feeling of being fully alive. The Violet Flame can free us to progress spiritually and to enjoy the benefits of positive energy. It frees us from limiting conditions and enables us to heal, and helps others to benefit also. As others come in contact with your aura, they will receive healing and upliftment from your high vibration and ‘light’. The Violet Light prompts us to ‘do good’ on Earth.

From the spiritual realms, Ascended Masters have communicated through many ‘messengers’. The Ascended masters, angels and Archangels have communicated ‘Violet Flame’ decrees to many on our planet. These decrees must be recited word for word.  When you recite their actual words you have direct access to their protection, blessings and guidance.

Saint Germain is the main Master to invoke the Violet Flame decrees towards as he is the Master facilitator of the Violet Flame.

VIOLET FLAME DECREE

I AM the Violet Flame
In action in me now
I AM the Violet Flame
To Light alone I bow
I AM the Violet Flame
In mighty cosmic power
I AM the light of God
Shining every hour
I AM the Violet Flame
Blazing like a sun
I AM God’s sacred power
Freeing everyone.

The qualities of the Violet Flame are mercy, forgiveness, justice, freedom, joy, diplomacy, creativity, enlightenment and transmutation.  When we learn how to use the Violet Flame we are able to invoke these qualities to us, into our hearts and souls, beings and life.

Creating A Sacred Space

We all have access to spiritual guidance and wisdom  -  the problem is taking the time and making the effort to tap into that wellspring of wisdom.

An effective way of making that connection is via sacred time spent in a sacred space. This can be achieved simply and easily by setting up your own personal alter or ‘sacred space’ in your home or garden.  You can decorate it however you are inspired.  You can place plants, candles, crystals and flowers on, in or around your sacred space.  You can display a picture, place a statue or other any other symbology in your special place ... whatever is most meaningful to you.

You don’t have to spend a long time at your alter  -  just enough to ‘connect’ with your Higher Self.  How you do this is also entirely up to you.  You can stand, sit, meditate, pray, do some deep breathing exercises, close your eyes  -  whatever you feel most comfortable with.

Allow yourself to relax and go within.

Prayer is talking  -  mediation is listening.

Our prayers are enhanced when we specifically name our goals or wishes and speak them out loud.  The power of our voice enhances our prayer energy.

In your prayers you can name all that you need assistance with for yourself in your own life, as well as asking for healing and help for others.

Our prayers are always heard and always answered.  They may not be answered as you would expect  -  but they will be answered nonetheless.

As humans, we may not know what the highest good is for our souls and for the souls of those we pray for  -  but the Universal Source knows.  Sometimes there is a lesson we must learn, or there is something coming along, unforseen to us, that will change a situation or issue.  Our prayer may be answered in a most unexpected way.

You can spend time in your sacred space in any number of ways.  Take the time to sit within your personal sacred space.  You may even use this time and place to write down your personal ‘divine wish list’.  Don’t hold yourself back  -  just go with the flow of your true desires.  Be creative and specific, adventurous and imaginative.

At the end of your ‘connecting’ session, ask and call for spiritual White Light protection for yourself and your loved ones.  The White Light can help you stay centred and at peace.  It protects you from negative energies that may be directed towards you.  (This can be via someone’s angry thoughts about you and towards you, anger, hatred, jealousy and all aggressive emotions ...)  When you are not protected by the White Light you are susceptible to absorbing and taking on these negatives, making you irritable, depressed and even prone to accidents.

From time to time throughout the day, and prior to retiring at night, reinforce the spiritual White Light protection by repeating your call and request for protection.

Enjoy your own ‘sacred space’ and expect miracles to happen in your life!

“Your sacred space is where you can find yourself again and again.”  -  Joseph Campbell

Using Affirmations to Manifest

Affirmations are simple, positive thoughts, beliefs, words and phrases that affirm our life’s true desires.

Affirmations are positively expressing in words, thoughts and beliefs what we honestly want and who we wish to be in our lives. Repeating affirmations over and over allows the subconscious mind to accept what we affirm as fact. Our behaviour will follow accordingly.

Through affirmations we are able to think ourselves more positive, improve personal self-love, become healthier, stronger, more patient, kinder, more compassionate, more wealthier ... the list is endless.

The words we use, our attitudes, our thoughts and beliefs send out an energy and vibration to the Universe.  Positive words and declarations send out positive energies. Declaring positive affirmations help to break negative habits, thought-forms and mind-sets.

There is an often over-looked, but logical reason why affirmations work. Affirmations are a direct communication with the ‘soul mind’. The ‘soul mind’ has eternal wisdom and knowledge, and always resonates with our soul’s truths.

A most effective way of reinforcing positive affirmations is to write them down in the form of ‘letters to the Universe’. These letters can be addressed to ‘God’, your angels and/or Spirit Guides, whomever we feel most connected to in our own divine power, or the Universe in general.

Include many positive affirmations in your letter (or letters) in order to reinforce your wishes and desires. Specifically write down everything you truly wish to manifest in your life, including your emotional, physical and spiritual wishes. The most rewarding life is to have a balance of these three aspects.

Ensure that your affirmations are positive, productive and life-enhancing. Remain clear and focused when repeating affirmations in order to manifest your desires into reality.

YOUR LIFE PURPOSE and SOUL MISSION

Each of us was born with a unique purpose to fulfil and path to follow.  Our soul’s mission is our life’s ‘calling’.  This is our ‘dharma’ or Divine plan for our soul. Our dharma is our reason for being.

Many people don’t have the faintest idea of what their mission or purpose actually is.

To find out begin my asking yourself:

- What is my passion?  What am I passionate about?  What do I love to do?  What truly really makes me happy?

You will recognize your passion because it will ignite a feeling of excitement within your heart and soul. It makes you feel enthusiastic, energized and alive.

Pursuing your soul’s passion will not always be easy though and at times it can feel like a quite a roller-coaster ride, and invariably, it takes hard work.  But – if we do not accept the challenge, then we’ve betrayed ourselves, our own souls.

Your mission is not necessarily your job or occupation. Your soul mission doesn’t have to be what you do for a living, to earn an income. It may be something you do after work hours, on the weekends or in your spare time. Your mission may have nothing to do with what you do, but rather, what and who you are.

Our mission involves utilizing and perfecting the talents that are within our soul, and to share those talents and the highest and truest parts of ourselves with others.

It is our spiritual duty to pursue our mission  -  and as our soul develops, so does our mission.

Discover Your Soul’s Mission

Ask yourself the following questions, and answer honestly.  Allow your heart to speak to you  -  and listen as the answers come to your naturally.  Ask for Divine direction and be open to all possibilities.

Ask yourself:

- Am I happy with the direction in which my life is headed?
- Am I happy with how I spend my time?
- What are my greatest talents?
- How can I refine and perfect it?
- What talent or skill can I share with others?
- How can I share that skill and talent with others?
- How can I use this talent to earn an income in order to enable me to devote my time and efforts towards it?
- What would make me happiest?
- What is my PASSION?

Listen closely to your heart’s answers and trust your Higher Self.

Accepting and Developing Spiritual Gifts and Abilities

In today’s world, more and more people are accepting and developing spiritual gifts and incorporating them into their everyday life, bringing balance and harmony to the body and soul, mind and spirit.

If we ignore any aspects of ourselves and don’t utilize parts of our personality, our souls become fragmented. If we don’t nurture our physical bodies they will become unhealthy and will begin to malfunction and become dis-eased.  If we ignore our emotional needs we invite tension, stress and sorrow into our lives. If we ignore our spirituality and depress our true selves and fixate only upon worldly possessions, we develop a spiritual poverty within ourselves.

The concept and practice of accepting and developing our spiritual gifts is gaining momentum. In recent years many people have turned their attention towards an interest in yoga, meditation, Reiki, crystals and the like, and this in turn has led to an upsurge of people opening up to their spirituality and beginning to examine their lifestyle choices, and all aspects of themselves/ourselves.

Not only are we born with a guardian angel (or spirit guide), but we have instilled within us the most amazing spiritual gifts.

In order to be accepting of our spiritual gifts, we need to learn how to nurture and accept all aspects of ourselves. We need to open and heal our Heart Chakras so that we are always working, living and coming from a place of love.

To assist with accepting and developing spiritual gifts, make some time for yourself where you won’t be disturbed or distracted, or concerned about time constraints.  Find a place to sit comfortably in a mediation posture (whatever suits you) and relax the body and soul, mind and spirit.

Close your eyes and focus upon your breathing.  Allow your breath to slow down and become deeper than usual.

Invoke Archangel Chamuel and ask for help and protection, and for him to oversee the process.

Place your palm upon your Heart Chakra (in the centre of your chest) and visualize your Heart Chakra’s 12 lotus petals. As you look at them, see if you notice any petals that are damaged or have dark spots or shadows on them. See if any are closed or not opened properly.

Ask Archangel Chamuel to open the petals fully and repair any damaged ones. Allow him to cleanse and heal any petals.

The usual color of the heart lotus petals are seen as green, but as we evolve spiritually, the petals change color to a shade of pink.  This is why the Heart Chakra is expressed as green and pink.

To close the healing and meditation session thank Archangel Chamuel for his assistance, and bring yourself back to everyday reality. Take a moment to regulate your breathing and align your bearings.

Repeat this short meditation at further sessions until all of your heart lotus petals are pink and your Heart Chakra is open, and you are inspired to further develop your spiritual gifts.

6 Steps to Manifesting

The steps to manifestation can be a simple yet complex undertaking. There are numerous variations to the process of manifesting and manifestation, but 6 principles can be Universally applied. With angelic assistance we are able to greatly amplify the power of our intentions. A vital part of angelic energy is ‘loving acceptance’. Because angels exist on a higher level of energy and thought, they are able to help us send our requests, goals and desires in the dimension where thought is creation.

STEP 1:
The first step to successful manifestation is our ‘intention’.

We all make a conscious choice to have what we want.  If you are not sure what it is that you really want, take a moment to imagine yourself having or achieving it already.  How does it make you feel?  If you can’t picture or feel what its’ like, then maybe you are not ready for it, or don’t really want it that much after all.  Perhaps you may even think that you can’t have it or don’t deserve it for some reason.

Sometimes we give up wanting something when we believe that we can’t have it.  Although we don’t actually stop wanting it – we just deny ourselves the desire.  This is based upon the fear of disappointment, and the fear of disappointment undermines our intentions. We are afraid that we won’t get (or achieve) what we want, so we give up wanting, and deny ourselves the opportunity to even try.  Feeling ‘unworthy’ can create this fear.

You must really, truly desire what you are affirming with your entire body and soul, mind and spirit.  Our ‘intention’ is the first step to successful manifestation.  Don’t be half-hearted about it.  Your body and soul will not fully resonate with your affirmations as they do not truly reflect who you are and your life path.

STEP 2:
The second step in achieving your goal or achievement is commitment to having it.  This entails being willing to have it and all that it entails ... no ‘ifs’, ‘buts’ or ‘maybes’.   Do not be half-hearted or ambivalent about it.  You must be precise.
This step requires you to focus upon your true intention/s and to experience the commitment and conviction that you have in it.  You must be committed to your true desires in order to attain them.

STEP 3:
Step 3 is all about ‘affirmations’ and ‘affirming’ what it is that we want.  Stating out-loud or writing down your affirmations is claiming what you want and affirming it.  The more you do it, the better, as each affirmation activates your intention and this begins to establish it in the physical realm.

The sound of our voice creates a wave form of energy, and the power of your intention and clarity of your visualization gives the affirmation extra strength and endurance.

In order to visualize the attainment of your goal, you must experience it as fully as you can in the here and now.  A ‘vision board’ is another positive way to affirm and manifest your desires.

Each of these actions will reinforce your inner conviction and affirms your goals to the Universe.

STEP 4:
The fourth step to successful manifestation is by being appreciative and grateful for what we already have in our lives today, as well as for what is to come. Give thanks for the manifestation as if it has already taken place. Be generous in your thanks and act as though it is already part of your life, and be grateful for it.

STEP 5:
‘Letting go’ is the fifth step to successful manifestation.

Often this step is the most difficult of all as it entails that you release your goal to the Universe so that your order can be taken, prepared and delivered. You need to ‘let go’ in order for your goals and desires to come to fruition for you.

Remember to be thankful and positive for all that you have, and for all that is yet to enter your life. Have faith and trust that your goal or desire is on its way to you right now.

STEP 6:
Relax. Enjoy your life knowing that you have taken all the steps to successful manifestation of your goals and desires.  Know that your prayers have been heard, and wait for miracles to happen in Divine right timing.

The steps to successful manifestation can be achieved, although work, patience, faith and trust must be put in on our behalf.
