AURA
Every living thing has an Aura. Every particle, atom and cell is surrounding by an energy field or force known as the Aura.
The Aura extends approximately an arm’s length around the entire body. The Aura has a series of layers.
The Etheric Body is the first layer. It has the same structure as the physical body, including all the anatomical parts and organs. The web-like structure of the etheric body is in constant motion and to the clairvoyant vision, sparks of bluish-white light move along its energy-lines throughout the entire physical body. It extends from one quarter of an inch to two inches from the physical body.
The Emotional Body is the second layer and is associated with feelings. Its structure is more fluid than the etheric, and it does not duplicate the physical, but instead roughly follows the outline of the physical body. It appears to be coloured clouds of fine substance in continual fluid motion and extends from one inch to three inches from the physical body.
The Mental Body is the third layer of the Aura. It extends beyond the emotional body and is composed of still finer substances, all of which are associated with thought and mental processes. This body usually appears as a bright yellow light radiating about the head and shoulders and extending around the whole body. It extends three to eight inches from the physical body.
The Astral Body is the fourth layer. It is morphous - that is, lacking definite shape, and is composed of clouds of colour, more beautiful than those of the emotional body. The Astral body usually has the same set of colours as the emotional body, but they are mostly infused with the rose colour of Love. This body extends from six to twelve inches from the physical body.
The Etheric Template Body is the fifth layer, and is so called because if contains all the forms that exist on the physical plane in a ‘blueprint’ form. It looks rather like the negative of a photograph. It is the blueprint or perfect form for the etheric layer to take and it extends from one and a half to two feet from the physical body.
The Celestial Body is the sixth layer of the Aura, and is the emotional level of the Spiritual plane. It is the level through which we experience Spiritual ecstasy and can be reached through deep meditation and it extends two to two and a half feet from the physical body.
The Ketheric Body or Causal Body is the seventh layer. This is the mental level of the Spiritual plane. When we bring our consciousness to this level, we know we are at one with the Creator. It extends from two and a half to three and a half feet from the physical body.
The Aura is an energy field that surrounds all living beings, and is essential to life.

Inner Wisdom
We each have an inner-guide; an inner voice of wisdom; our intuition. This voice is that of our Higher Self.
The voice within us speaks to us all the time, but we are not always listening. It is essential to find balance between tending to our duties and responsibilities on the earth, and staying attuned to our inner-voice of wisdom.
If we constantly surround ourselves with noise and distractions we do not give ourselves the opportunity to hear ourselves clearly. In fact, we may be drowning out that voice entirely.
We have a spiritual responsibility to be attentive to our inner-voice and the guidance we receive as it serves not only ourselves, but others as well.
We are sent messages in many ways. The inner-voice of wisdom speaks to us at any given time. We just need to be alert and in-tune to hear them.
It is important to take a few moments each day to relax, be still and listen.
Meditation can be an ideal way to tap into your Higher Self.
It can be quite beneficial to keep a record or journal of the messages, guidance and direction of your Higher Self. Write down all that you receive as you listen within for the voice of wisdom. You can also record how the guidance or direction helped you.
Listen out for your inner-voice of wisdom - and heed its’ guidance.

Clearing and Cleansing the Aura
CLEARING AND CLEANSING THE AURA
Clearing and cleansing the aura regularly is important in order to keep us healthy on all levels. Every atom, particle and cell of the body is surrounded by an energy field known as the ‘aura’. The aura extends approximately an arm’s length around the entire body. Within the aura there are ‘meridians, which are channels that convey energy around the body.
The aura contains a series of layers - the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Each impacts upon the other and therefore need to be treated in conjunction with one another, making clearing and cleansing the aura extremely important. Energy flows around our bodies via the ‘meridians’. These feed all of our body parts and major organs. This flow of energy must be kept strong, clean and clear, otherwise we may develop problems which can manifest emotionally, mentally and physically.
The body and soul, mind and spirit are all connected, and our spiritual state affects our mental state, and our mental state affects our energetic state, making clearing and cleansing the aura of the utmost importance for our overall wellbeing.
A way to cleanse and clear the aura is through visualization, as this can be uplifting and enlightening for all of our senses.
Grab a piece of paper and a pen, and some colored pencils or crayons. Find a quiet place where you won’t be interrupted, sit comfortably, then relax as much as possible. Take your paper and pen and draw an outline of yourself.
Use your intuition to imagine and picture your aura, and to sense any negativity that you may have created from your own habits and/or thought patterns, or picked up from others.
Draw another outline around the first drawing of the outline of your body (symbolizing your aura), then outline or draw where the negativity spots or patches may be sitting within your aura.
Use your colored pencils (or crayons) to color in your aura as your intuitively view it. If you have problems imagining the colors of your aura, just use the first color that comes to mind. Do not put too much thought into it, but rather, make your choice an instinctive, automatic one. Then color in any perceived negativity spots in your aura.
Use your mind, intentions (and even ask your angels) to clear away any blocks and negativity from your aura. Imagine a flow of energy surging through you, pushing out the negative energies.
Visualize a vibrant Violet Flame surrounding your entire body, and allow the flame to burn away and remove all the negativity from your own thoughts and feelings, concerns and worries.
Direct the Violet Flame towards the negative blocks in the aura, clearing and cleansing the aura.
Take a few moments to ensure that your aura is now clear and clean. You should feel fresh and renewed.
Another quick way of clearing and cleansing the aura is to imagine a beam or stream of pure, vibrant White Light being directed towards you. Allow it to fill your aura and your entire mind, body and soul. Deeply breathe in this White Light whilst allowing yourself to absorb it fully into every cell of your being.
Once you are feeling revitalized and clear, breathe deeply in through the nose and out through the mouth and few times, and you are done.
You can repeat this process whenever you wish to reinforce the positive energies, protection and the healing vibrations of the Violet Flame and White light.
Clearing and cleansing the aura can be done whenever you feel the need.

LIFE CHARTS and BLUEPRINTS
As humans, our purpose here on Earth is to learn lessons and to gain knowledge and experience. This is where the concept of reincarnation comes into play.
Prior to incarnating we decide which lessons we are going to experience and learn in order for us to spiritually evolve. When we choose our lessons we also choose the experiences and circumstances that will enable us to learn those particular lessons.
Once our soul makes the decision to reincarnate and inhibit a human body and existence, we create a ‘life chart’ or ‘blueprint’. This blueprint is based upon what our souls are most interested in learning in order to gain knowledge and to ascend. The blueprint includes all aspects of our lives including the kinds of parents, siblings, families, childhoods and sex we will have in order to facilitate our lessons.
It also includes our careers, financial status, sexual preferences, relationships, marriage partners, our children and even the length of our lives. Illness and death are included in our life’s blueprint, although we are able to select an ‘option line’. This ‘option line’ enables us to change or modify options (such as illness and death) as we proceed through our lives.
There are seven ‘option lines’ within our chart and these include family, health, love, social life, finance, career and spirituality. These are the areas in which our souls have the most to learn from and may therefore be particularly challenged by during our lifetimes.
Within the theory of reincarnation, our blueprints contain all the elements of our new lives, although we are given choices and options along the way so that we can use our free-will when making decisions. It also gives us the opportunity to learn through the use of our intuition and inner-knowing.
Once we experience reincarnation into human form we lose conscious awareness of our charts (blueprints) during our lifetime on Earth.
As well as mapping out our blueprints prior to incarnating, we make sacred contracts with entities on the ‘Other Side’ (the realm of spirit), to guide, protect, help and advise us through our earthly journeys. The most intimate of these advisors are our ‘Spirit Guides’. Our spirit guides help us to conceive, review and carry out our blueprints, and are with us every step of the way.
All spirit guides have themselves spend at least one lifetime on the earth-plane. Because of this they are able to empathize with all the frailties, problems, mistakes, temptations and fears we may encounter along our paths.
The spirit guide’s main job is to encourage, urge, nudge, support and guide us on our life’s path. Our spirit guides send us messages via our intuition and subconscious minds.
In our blueprints we write in ‘signposts’ that let us know that we are on the right track. From time to time throughout our lives those signposts appear in the form of déjà vu. These often hit us with a sudden flood of total familiarity - yet our logical minds assume that we must somehow be duplicating or re-living a moment we have lived through before - but in fact, we are not. What we are experiencing with déjà vu is a tiny signpost from our blueprint that we created whilst still on the ‘other side’.
With this type of déjà vu, our soul is resonating profoundly with the realization of our chart. It echoes from our subconscious (where the soul/spirit mind exists), to our conscious mind. In that instance both our conscious and subconscious minds are receiving confirmation or an affirmation that we are in perfect synchronization with our blueprints. Apart from this, we are getting a quick glimpse at the eternity of our soul’s lives.
Those same glimpses of the signposts of our blueprints also appear to us as a ‘coincidences’. Because we don’t realize the significance of the signpost at the time we rarely give them any thought and consider them to be just a ‘coincidence’ – but there are NO coincidences in the Universe as everything happens for a reason. What we are actually experiencing is a signpost in our blueprint just prior to that signpost appearing in our lives.
A close relative of coincidence is ‘synchronicity’. Synchronicity is considered to be an especially meaningful coincidence. It almost always involves an unmistakable physical sign of some kind and not only draws our attention to the harmony of the Universe, but also gives us tangible proof that we are exactly where we have charted ourselves to be, doing exactly what we are meant to be doing at that exact moment.
Within the theory of reincarnation, whilst traveling along our earthly journey we are to remain aware and in-tune with our intuition and higher, inner-wisdom.
The purpose of reincarnation is to learn life lessons and to gain experience and knowledge for our soul’s growth.

Life Lessons
LIFE LESSONS
Every perceived obstacle and/or negative experience that presents in our lives is an opportunity to learn and grow on a soul level.
Every challenging experience or situation we encounter has a lesson within it for us to learn ... and until we learn the lessons/s it will be presented to us again and again, manifesting in different scenes and scenarios in our lives until we finally learn it once and for all.
Every obstacle and challenge we face offers us the opportunity to spiritually evolve. When we choose to find the gift in the lesson of each experience, we take back our personal power. If we shift our perception and look for the positives and recognize that our struggles are helping us to grow on a soul/spiritual level, we pass the tests and learn our soul lessons, breaking the cycle of repeated lessons.

BIRD DIVINATION - Divining with Birds
In Ancient Greek and Roman augury, the study of the movements of wild birds was taken very seriously as a method of predicting future events and the best courses of action to take.
In fact, Crow divination is still practised in parts of India.
We as humans can also use this knowledge, but how can the movements and behaviours of birds (and animals) relate to our personal lives? More importantly, how can they alert us to matters not accessible to our conscious mind or predictable using the evidence currently available?
One way is to interpret the significance of different movements made by certain creatures at a particular time, using the set meanings that have been given to the movements and proved reliable over the centuries. The meanings will act as a basic template or framework, which will indicate particular areas of our life that need attention or about which we have doubts or unanswered questions.
Our unconscious minds can then flesh out and adapt this template with knowledge that is not accessible to the conscious mind, using symbols that are triggered within us by the divinatory process we are undertaking. This will then become a valuable, but relatively inaccessible store of knowledge.
This is based upon the premise (as expressed by the psychotherapist Carl Jung) that no action is accidental or random. Therefore, using psychokinesis or ‘mind power’, we can somehow influence where the birds are focusing on, will fly or land, simply by concentrating on them. This basic information can give us clues about the best possible path to follow or decision to be made.
Even if you do not believe such psychic influence is possible over a particular aspect of nature, you can still use bird divination as a way of focusing your thoughts and accessing hidden wisdom that we all possess to find the correct course. Put another way, the questioner’s unconscious wisdom already knows the correct course of action, but is unable to convey this to the conscious mind except through an outward sign.
Observing bird flight is only the first part of the process, and the experience opens a doorway to the seeker’s deeper wisdom that has been awakened by focusing on the experience and suspending logic for just a few moments. It is like switching from the left logical side of the brain, to the more intuitive area on the right. Either during or after the event, images or words may appear in your mind, perhaps while you are walking, relaxing or during a dream at night. So what appears to be a basic ‘fortune-telling’ message is expanded in the seekers’ mind, or explained in the dream or on the daydreaming plane.
The more you learn about birds and the way they behave, the more easily you can combine natural observation with your intuitive (or prophetic) powers/talents. In this way, if a bird or flock of birds acts strangely, then you may be able to deduce that they ‘know’ something that you do not about changes in the weather or an impeding natural event.
Farmers and those who live and work closely with the land are often gifted in reading animal patterns, and abide by their messages.
Bird augury works on the principle that birds are closer to nature than humans and therefore more sensitive to invisible energies. Their physical actions express approaching prevailing energy – such as earthquakes – before even the most psychic human is aware of it. Variables include the kinds of birds – assuming there is normal a variety in your garden or wherever you are working – their call or song, the size of the group, how and where they fly and land at the moment you ask your question and whether this differs from the way you would normally act.
In all forms of divination, it is the feelings and impressions you experience deep inside in response to an external omen that is the key to gaining knowledge.
Spontaneous bird appearances can also have meaning. In the official and generalised interpretations of bird augury through the ages, an owl tapping on the window is interpreted as foretelling the death of an emperor, or at least a difficult period for the residents of the house. But dig deeper; this unusual phenomenon (tapping on your window) may be pointing out to you that the answer to your problem is very close if you just open your eyes; an owl tapping suggests your should ask someone wise – and close to you – for help and guidance.
You can practice bird divination with absolutely any bird you see anywhere. From the beginning, it is quite important to build up your connection with the birds with which you will be working most often. These could be pigeons and starlings in a town square, sparrows in the garden, cockatoos in the bush, seabirds on the shore or birds on an urban playing field … anywhere.
If possible, set up a garden bird feeder or two to encourage local birds to visit. Feed the birds regularly in your chosen place and they will know where to come for a free feed. Sit and observe them in the early mornings and evenings. Watch them in the midday sun. In time, you will know if their behaviour is usual or unusual as you become more accustomed to them.
Flocks of pigeons are especially effective for divination as they are often composed of birds of many different shades and they are constantly landing and fluttering off. This will give you a readily available, large selection of birds on which you can base your predictions.
Watch birds in flight through half-closed eyes, focusing on the patterns of silver and blue made by their collective energy fields or auras. In this way you can learn to merge with the essence of the birds and so be able to obtain psychic as well as physical impressions more easily. A pair of good binoculars is essential equipment so that you can continue to monitor the birds in the sky after they have flown away.
DARK AND LIGHT
Where there are more than one species of bird present, or differently coloured birds within the species (males and females often differ dramatically) a predominance of lighter birds landing and remaining on the ground indicates that it would be beneficial to take immediate action. Darker ones, however, suggest delay.
If you make a decision, the arrival or movement of a light-coloured bird would tell you to act. A darker one would tell you to wait.
DIRECTIONS
Birds flying in the right-hand area of the sky as you are standing or sitting indicates a smooth passage in any venture and that confident action should be taken. Birds flying on the left indicates delays and perhaps suggest waiting or remaining silent for the time being.
Birds flying straight towards the questioner indicates that happier times are coming. Those flying away, especially if there is no apparent reason for them suddenly taking flight, suggests that the next few days are a time for tact and caution, and for making plans rather than embarking on new ventures.
HEIGHT
The higher the flight of the bird (or birds), the more favourable will be the omen. If a bird flies directly upwards, then the venture should achieve swift success with little effort required.
If the flight is horizontal or veers up and down with the bird landing and flying off, then landing again, you may need to persevere and not be deterred by initial obstacles.
CHANGING COURSE
If a bird suddenly changes direction, there may be sudden changes of heart or inconsistency from those close to you. It may even imply that your own doubts that need to be examine.
Getting to know the birds around you and studying their behaviour will assist you in ‘opening up’ your intuitive abilities, enabling you to tap into the energies of the Universe. Practicing bird augury is a fascinating doorway into predicting personal life issues as well as impeding natural Earth events and disasters. Take heed of the messages from the birds.

OUR LIFE PURPOSE
At some point during our lifetime our soul prompts us to ask “What is my purpose on Earth?”
We start looking for answers as our curiosity grows. We all come to earth to fulfill a great number of tasks. We have a responsibility towards the material world and we have to fulfill it. We are to meet the challenges that confront us in our daily lives, and overcome them. However, don’t forget that we have a soul that needs nurturing. In order for us to be able to keep up with our daily worldly activities we must learn to receive guidance from our souls.
There are three elements in a human: Body, Mind and Soul
All three must be nurtured and encouraged.
Material and Spiritual Love
We come to earth to experience the different facets of love. The entire Universe revolves around various forms of love. The more affection we bring into our existence, the more we will receive it in our lives. Love starts in the physical realm, then blossoms into the spiritual realm. Before we can experience spiritual bliss we must experience love on a smaller human scale.
Forgiveness
If you are looking for a way to encourage your spiritual growth, within your soul you have an instrument to do so. It is called ‘forgiveness’.
Sooner or later we have to learn to forgive. A means to encourage your spiritual growth dramatically is to forgive. The wheel of Karma turns forever.
The Law of Karma states that every action has a consequence. One way to escape from the tedious cycle of cause and effect is to use the power of forgiveness. First we must accept and forgive all the harm that has been done to us in the past. Do not continue the cycle by responding angrily to the individual/s who mistreated you.
The Law of Karma
Karma means ‘action’.
The Law of Karma is a Universal system that is based on the concept of cause and effect. The law of physics states that every action produces an equal reaction. The Law of Karma works on the same principle. Positive karma encourages progress of the soul, and negative karma hinders the progress of the soul. Karma can also mean the choices and/or decisions that one makes through free will.
Throughout our lifetime (as well as our previous lifetimes) we are engaged in a series of choices. There are really only two options: either we make a positive choice or we make a negative choice. We are tested in a wide variety of contexts. We make choices involving our family situations, our physical bodies, our career and so on.
After a choice has been made the results of that choice are apparent at various intervals. Many of the results will be witnessed in this lifetime; other outcomes will not be witnessed in this life. The laws of nature decide when and how we will witness the results of our actions. Some choices we make affect us individually, but we also make choices that affect others. We are constantly making individual choices that affect our body, mind and soul.
Every choice that we make that involves another individual directly affects our own soul. When we make a decision that relates to another person, we may not immediately see its results. However, as soon as that action takes place, it is recorded.
Many of the decisions we make are complex. There are rarely simple cases of ‘wrong’ and ‘right’ or black and white. If all decisions were simple we would all be enlightened and the Law of Karma would cease to exist. The critical factor is our intentions.
No matter what decision/s we make, if our intentions are good we are heading in the right direction.
All souls in this world must rectify and learn from the choices we have made. Certain souls are given the opportunity to make choices that affect a large number of people (for example, a political leader). As a result, that person’s karma is connected to all affected by his or her decision. If a decision is made with good intentions, even if they present obstacles, our soul will immediately grow as a result of considering and helping others.
The principles of Karma do not only apply to one lifetime. It is an eternal system of debits and credits; an invisible bank account with multiple transactions. All the circumstances that we encounter in this lifetime as a result of choices from past lives are pre-destined. All the choices you make in this lifetime from the time you are born, are products of your free will.
It is important for us to realize that free will and predestination play a role in the growth of our soul, and we must be open to both aspects.
The purpose of our lives is to balance our karma and learn from our life lessons.
